  Love me some Mellow Mushroom! We stopped in and took out 4 pizzas and some pretzels.
  
  It's worthy! I've eaten these pizzas at a couple locations and my experiences are all the same! Fast friendly service with great pizzas made with the correct flour! Oooooooo so good!

  I always like Mellow Mushroom, but I had a better experience at the one in Somerset than the average. Had lots of happy hour specials, I recommend the big blue margarita for $3. The food was great, adding beer cheese to the pretzels was a good idea. Michelle provided great service as well as great recommendations...we added pineapple to the funky Q chicken

  I was told to give this place a try while I was back home visiting so I said why not, I've heard good things about it in Lexington so it should be about the same right??  First off the atmosphere is pretty laid back and overall the cleanliness of the location is good. They have a pretty decent menu to choose from and depending on if you want pizza, hoagie, calzones or just appetizers they have a lot to choose from. I went with a call zone for dinner and chose the pretzel bites for an appetizer. First I'll tell you this, the pretzel bites are not pretzels, they are basically cut up breadsticks but they do come with a marinara sauce and a beer cheese. Even though they were misidentified on the menu they were still pretty good overall. The calzone I got was a meatzilla calzone and it was a very large portion, almost 2 people could eat on this serving. Overall it was ok, I dipped it in the marinara sauce that it came with but felt that it was too sweet of a sauce and took away from the flavor of the calzone. I would say flavor overall of it was mediocre, nothing to write home to your parents about. As far as price goes it was decent for what it was, all that I got was around $20, this would be a good place to have some friends gather and grub on some pizza while you have a few drinks

  This past month we've been stranded in Somerset - a nice town but not the best place for people who eat a plant based diet. Fortunately we found the Mellow Mushroom - great atmosphere, wonderful service for the most part, and the best pizza we've had in years. They don't flinch when you design a pizza without cheese, and the have plenty of plant-based toppings including tempeh and tofu. Their salads are always large and fresh (sans cheese), they'll make the bruschetta without cheese, but my favorite is the tempeh hoagie (ask for no cheese or mayo). We probably visit there twice a week plus leftovers, and we've enjoyed it every time!

  Tried something different tonight opting for the Ritz Burger and roasted potatoes.  Was not disappointed and I have yet to be here at Mellow.  If you are not from Somerset and stop in ask for Michelle or Cody's sections they are amazing service providers.
